Quiet Location with Private Side Entrance

The Guest Suite is located at the rear of the property and has a private side entrance. This gains you access to a small bedroom with Single Bed & wardrobe.

The main bedroom leads on from the single bedroom and is large and spacious, with a comfortable, luxurious super king bed and another single bed. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and small table / chairs. A fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery/cutlery is provided. Please note there is no kitchen or cooking facilities.

While we have set a maximum of 3 Adults in the Suite we are happy to accommodate a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Just contact us to request this.

A Smart TV entertainment in the main bedroom has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & Freeview. Tea, coffee & sugar is provided for guests.

The bathroom is accessed through from the main bedroom and has a toilet, sink and shower with external window. we provide all towels and shampoo / conditioner and body wash. A hairdryer is also provided.

There is plenty of free parking available on the road. The surrounding area is residential and very quiet at night, giving you a great night’s sleep! Close by there are 2 cafês / restaurants and a small grocery store, all within easy walking distance.

The property is located a short 8 minute drive to Frankton and Queenstown Central’s shopping area. It is then a further 10-12 minute drive to Queenstown’s town centre, for all your adventure/tour activities, restaurants and bars. There is also a good public bus service available.
